Aspros Potamos is located in south-east Crete near the seaside village of Makrys Gialos.
If you are coming by car from the Airport of Heraklion you should take the national road towards Ierapetra for 3 hours until you reach Makrys Gialos and Analipsi. From there ask for the hotel Mikri Poli. Almost opposite Mikri Poli you will see the road for the village Pefki. Follow this road about 1 km and then turn left and follow the green signs for “Aspros Potamos” and they will direct you to the parking of Aspros Potamos.

If you are coming by bus from the Airport of Heraklion, you should take the bus to Ierapetra. At the bus station of Ierapetra, you should change bus for Makrys Gialos and get off at the bus stop Analipsi. If you let us know in advance, we will wait at the bus stop to transfer you to Aspros Potamos.
